ABOUT
Learn the basics of teaching yoga to people with physical disabilities and mobility restrictions. Through greater awareness in your own practice, group exercises and hands-on experience you will learn about the principles of adaptive yoga, how to offer multiple asana variations and give safe/r hands-on support.
This training is ideal for certified yoga instructors or instructors in training. Others such as care providers, physical therapists, aides and family members are welcome to join the class but must have a working knowledge of basic yoga poses.
